How to Use a Chastity Cage

Getting the Right Size

Pratiharye's size chart is true to size. Check the guide on the product page and order with confidence. You need two measurements: your flaccid penis length (measured along the underside, base to tip) and the circumference of the base behind the scrotum. The cage should be slightly shorter than your flaccid length. The base ring should feel snug and secure, not tight or painful.

Fitting the Cage

  • Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the base ring edges.

  • Slide the base ring around the base of the penis, behind the scrotum.

  • Gently place the flaccid penis inside the cage tube and align it with the base ring.
